There were 1,822 students enrolled in Cottonwood-Oak Creek Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% less than the 1,832 in the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 52.5% of them were boys, and 47.5% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Cottonwood-Oak Creek Elementary District students was white, accounting for 48.7% of the student population.
