In cooperation with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the City of Prescott (City) has been working on an update of the City’s flood hazard maps (flood maps).

At 4:24 PM on December 2nd, 2023, the Prescott Regional Communications Center dispatched Prescott Fire Department (PFD) units, Engine 73, Engine 74, Support 74, Battalion 1, and an AMR ambulance in response to a 911 call reporting an injured hiker in distress on the Iron King Trail, Northwest side of Glassford Hill.
