Kirkland Elementary District Education: 76 Students were enrolled in schools in 2022-23 school year

There were 76 students enrolled in Kirkland Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 10.6% less than the 85 in the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Out of the total students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 57.9% of them were girls, and 42.1% were boys.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 71.1% of the Kirkland Elementary District total enrollment.

Kirkland Elementary District roughly covers schools within Yavapai County and has a main office in Kirkland.

In 2022 Arizona had roughly one teacher for every 19 students, compared to the national average of one teacher for 16 students. Teachers handling a higher number of students was found to have negative consequences for students’ school performance.
