On April 9, 2025, Eli Crane expressed his appreciation for Secretary Kennedy’s visit to the Navajo Nation, remarking on the significance of the visit. He posted, "Thank you for visiting the Navajo Nation, @SecKennedy."
In another post from the same day, Crane acknowledged the presence of Craig Wiita in town from Prescott. Wiita is recognized as an expert on critical minerals supply chain issues. Crane relayed his gratitude, stating, "Appreciate Craig Wiita for coming in today. He’s in town from Prescott. Craig is an expert on critical minerals supply chain issues, and he updated me on his efforts. In 2023, he testified at a Natural Resources Field Hearing I participated in back in Arizona."
Later, Crane mentioned a meeting with AMAC, which represents nearly 10,000 members in Arizona's 2nd District. He expressed anticipation for continued collaboration in the future, saying, "Had a chance to meet with AMAC today. They have close to 10,000 members in #AZ02. Look forward to continuing our work together."
Crane, who was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley, has been serving in the U.S. Congress, representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023.
