He emphasized the industry's significance, recounting his visit to Drake Cement in Arizona's 2nd District the previous summer. Crane remarked, "Had a chance to catch up with the Portland Cement Association to discuss their priorities. This industry is essential to so much in our daily lives. Last summer, I had a chance to visit Drake Cement in #AZ02."

In another post on the same day, Crane expressed concerns about the global artificial intelligence arms race.
