PRESCOTT, AZ — The City of Prescott will be undergoing a financial software upgrade from Wednesday October 25th at 4 pm through Sunday October 29th. During this time, online bill pay for Utility Billing will be unavailable. Our customer service representatives will also have limited access to assist customers during this time.
“This is a necessary upgrade to keep our customers’ data secure and our systems current,” said Deputy Finance Director Lars Johnson. “We ask that customers plan on taking care of bill payments and contact our customer service representatives with any billing questions before or after this software upgrade.”
Beginning Monday October 30th, following the upgrade, all online billing users will be required to re-register for an account to login. Instructions for this process have been emailed to all utility customers currently using the online payment system.
