Navajo County Chairman Alberto L. Peshlakai, Navajo County Supervisor, District 2 , Senator Hatathlie for Arizona , and Winslow Mayor Roberta Cano provided testimony today to the State Senate Appropriations Committee in support of the Winslow Levee funding request. Funds have already been committed by the Federal government and Navajo County for the reconstruction of the levee, and State support is critical to making this project a reality.
