Arizona's "Move Over " law requires motorists to move over one lane — or slow down if it is not safe to change lanes — when driving by any vehicle with flashing lights pulled to the side of a road or highway.

Deputies will be working a traffic enforcement detail on Concho Highway, east of Snowflake, this week. If you see any emergency vehicle with flashing lights pulled over on the side of the road, SLOW DOWN and move over if possible.
