Welcome Bluegrass Campers!
The west side of the athletic field is reserved for motorhomes and trailers (self-contained "dry" camping only). Please park your rig perpendicular to the west fence. Camping begins Thursday, June 23 after 12:00 Noon and ends Monday, June 27 at 11:00 AM Sharp!
A Few Rules to Remember:
Campers must provide a copy of their vehicle registration to register. Please review the attached rules and regulations prior to registering. Registration and payment certifies receipt and acceptance of attached rules.
NEW - Registration is required and we will assign your campsite.
If you have a vehicle in tow, you must park it on the east side of the field, NOT beside your motorhome or trailer.
No vehicles or RVs are allowed on the infield (grass). Parking on the infield grass will result in a $200 fine.
Tent camping is allowed on the grass around the perimeter of the field. No campfires are allowed. Camp fires will result in a $500 fine and immediate expulsion from the field.
No disposal of effluent in creek or on school grounds.
No generator use between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Your consideration for fellow campers is appreciated.
Leave your campsite the way you found it.
Pack it in and pack it out.
Trash left at a campsite will result in $200 fine.
All vehicles must be out of the fenced field area by Monday at 11:00 a.m.
Jamming is ALLOWED (and expected)! If you have any concerns, you may leave a message at 928-445-2000 Ext. 117 or see camp ground host Vanessa Perkins during the event. Vanessa will be your host during the event, and we will be assigning camp locations based on reservations. A $15-per-night camping fee is required to reserve your space. Checks should be made payable to the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. Complete the camping registration form and submit payment via check or credit card to the Prescott Chamber of Commerce,
