The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Tom O'Halleran, Tom O'Halleran for Congress, refunded $100 to James Ledbetter on July 15, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Tom O'Halleran for Congress has refunded $98,996 total since Feb. 1.
