Yavapai County had one gas station selling premium gas at the lowest price of $3.43 per gallon during the week ending Mar. 7, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.
Countywide, premium gas averaged $4.13 per gallon.
Of the 98 reported gas stations located within Yavapai County, 65 offered premium gas.
The average reported price for a gallon of premium gas in Arizona was $4.40, up from the previous week.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
