SEDONA, Ariz. – The city of Sedona Housing program will hold a bilingual Fair Housing Seminar, presented by the Arizona Fair Housing Center on Wednesday, April 17 at 5 p.m. in the Vultee Conference Room at City Hall, 102 Roadrunner Dr. The seminar, which will be conducted in Spanish and English, will provide information regarding fair housing discrimination, landlord/tenant issues, and resources for assistance with these concerns. The program will run approximately two hours, will have ample time for questions and answers, and will highlight the issues surrounding housing discrimination and housing inequity for the purpose of educating and informing.
Speaking about the event, Jeanne Frieder, the housing coordinator for the city of Sedona, stated, "April is National Fair Housing month, and we are pleased to recognize it with this informative session that includes our Latino immigrant community."
