On Saturday, December 30, former Valley Vista High School standout, Demari Hackett’s current college team, the Embry–Riddle AZ Eagles, lost 68-71 in their NAIA game against the SAGU AIC Warriors.

The game took place in Phoenix, Arizona. This was the first matchup against the SAGU AIC Warriors this season.
