Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb lost his son, Cooper Lamb, along with his one-year-old granddaughter in a crash in Gilbert. Cooper and his daughter were passengers in the vehicle when they died. Cooper’s fiancé and the mother of the child were also seriously injured. She remains in critical condition.
"Mark and Janel dedicate their lives every day to the service of others yet are not immune to the pain known by so many families of such profound and sudden loss.’ Said Sheriff David Rhodes. “Today I am asking all of you to join me and the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office as we send our sincere condolences and prayers to Sheriff Lamb and his family for this tragic loss.”
