City of Prescott Seeks New Applications for Newly Formed Workforce Housing Committee Posted on November 9, 2022

Prescott City Council has adopted Resolution No. 2022-1843 forming a Workforce Housing Committee to research & provide recommendations to Council regarding attainable housing options for the workforce in Prescott.  

The Council Subcommittee on Appointments is currently seeking applications for the Committee as follows: 

Workforce Housing Committee

  • Three vacancies with a term of January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023
  • Four vacancies with a term of January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2024
  • You are not required to be a Prescott resident to serve on this committee
Boards, commissions and committees provide opportunities for citizens to take an active role in their local government.  Members are appointed by the City Council upon recommendation from the Council Subcommittee on Appointments following review of applications. 

Applications are due to the city by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022.
