Paul's Ace Hardware & Lumber to give away American flags

Paul's Ace Hardware & Lumber will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Arizona lost 185 soldiers in the Korean war and 390 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 1153 W Broadway Rd, Tempe will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW John M Jackson Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Paul's Ace Hardware & Lumber while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Paul's Ace Hardware & Lumber is located at 1153 W Broadway Rd, Tempe, Arizona. This location is owned by Julie A. Buchkowski, represented by Roger Van Sluis and managed by Brad Boddington.
