PROCESS DRIVEN BASEBALL ACADEMY IS NOT JUST ABOUT BASEBALL!
This Academy is designed around the concept that everything has a process. PDBA believes that in baseball, like life, there are steps to be taken in a specific order and to be developed and nurtured in one's self to properly achieve a goal…a destination.
PDBA believes this process creates a confidence, being built upon a foundation with both mentally and physically consistent, steady, disciplined repetition. They are process driven, NOT result driven!
Their motto has always been, "a little about baseball, and a lot about life..." Analogous to one’s approach outside the game, a positive and dedicated process in baseball creates an opportunity for beneficial and long-lasting results.
The Academy is designed to build confidence, understand choices, and strive for a higher purpose in life. They believe that an individual is not defined by any one game or sport; it’s conduct and character, both on and off the field, which are defining.
