U.S. Forest Service - Prescott National Forest issued the following announcement on Aug. 20
Fire Managers had another successful day with prescribe fire operations as they were able to complete another thirty acres of pile burning near Lynx Lake.
Light smoke impacts can be expected in the Lynx Ruins area. Fire managers plan to continue ignitions tomorrow south of Lynx Lake as conditions remain favorable.
