Dr. Selina Bliss, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 1st House District, recently shared updates and reflections on state events and legislative activities through her social media posts.
On February 13, 2026, Dr. Bliss marked Arizona’s Statehood Day by posting: “Celebrating a Happy Birthday for Statehood Day on February 14th, 2026. As the 48th State born in 1912, we are a young 114 years old “.
The following day, she announced her upcoming participation in a legislative committee session: “I will be testifying in the Transportation Committee this Wednesday on my bill to champion road projects in LD1

On February 16, Dr. Bliss commented on local community engagement during a national tour event: “What a joy it was to see the enthusiastic community turnout this weekend for the Liberty Bell’s debut on the American 250 Traveling Museum Tour in Prescott!
