Dr. Selina Bliss, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 1st House District, recently shared several updates on her social media account, highlighting local achievements and legislative initiatives.
On December 16, 2025, Bliss posted a message commending recent community efforts: “Bravo on a job well done! Later that day, she indicated preparations for upcoming legislative activities with the post: “Getting ready for the upcoming session https://t.co/es0y0vGVnX”.
On December 18, 2025, Bliss addressed criminal justice issues by expressing support for Yavapai County Attorney McGrane’s stance on protecting life. She wrote: “I agree with Yavapai County Attorney McGrane that all life is sacred and am answering his call to increase penalties for crimes such as this by sponsoring HB2043 (felony murder: unborn child) Prescott man charged with attempt to murder unborn child sentenced to 10 years”.
Bliss began serving in the Arizona State House following her election in 2023, succeeding Judy Burges as representative of District 1.
