Dr. Selina Bliss, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 1st House District since 2023, recently shared updates on her official Twitter account regarding legislative activities and cultural events at the Arizona State Capitol.
On April 29, 2026, Bliss posted about the return of a significant state artifact: “It’s back! The Arizona Liberty Bell was on the road in a traveling museum to ring in the AZ 250 Celebration. A new base was built while the bell was gone, and the bell returned to the Capitol this morning. Here are pictures of the bell the day before it left and today, as it”.
The following day, April 30, she reported legislative progress: “Passed out of the House yesterday and off to the Senate ”.
Later that same day, Bliss highlighted her engagement with local media: “Appreciate this opportunity to sit down with @SignalsAZ and share what we do at the Arizona State Capitol
Arizona Legislative Report: 101 Roles, Responsibilities, and Real Impact”.
Bliss began serving in her current role after being elected in 2023 to succeed Judy Burges as representative for Arizona’s 1st House District.
