On September 9, 2025, Bliss posted: “The State of Arizona is liable for this mess and it’s about time we give local control back to our communities! How short-term rentals in Sedona could impact Cottonwood’s housing market https://t.co/rPYvlslkqg via @verdenews”. The post highlights concerns regarding the effects of short-term rentals in Sedona on neighboring areas such as Cottonwood, and calls for a return of regulatory authority to local governments.
Later that day, she invited followers with a brief message: “Please come and visit! https://t.co/8hwAYAZH5T”.
On September 11, 2025, Bliss expressed concern or distress with a succinct prayer: “Dear Lord, pray for us . . . https://t.co/PhNqXK130q”.
Bliss succeeded Judy Burges as representative of Arizona’s 1st House District after being elected in 2023. As a member of the Republican Party, she has been vocal about issues affecting local governance and housing policy within the state.
