The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has announced the availability of low-interest federal disaster loans for businesses, nonprofit organizations, and tribal nations affected by the Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires. The disaster declaration, issued on August 13, applies to Coconino, Gila, Mohave, Navajo, and Yavapai Counties.

The SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program is now accessible to eligible businesses in these areas. These loans aim to assist with working capital needs and operating expenses that could have been covered if the disasters had not occurred.

For more information or to apply for a loan, interested parties can visit the SBA website, call their Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955, or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov.
