Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted a series of brief statements on his social media account on September 23, 2025.

In the first post at 17:13 UTC, Crane wrote, “Let’s defund it.” Later that day at 19:18 UTC, he commented, “Very good news.” His final post of the day at 22:20 UTC simply stated, “Shocker.”

Crane has served as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd District since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane is now in his early forties and continues to be active on social media platforms.
