Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several statements on his social media account on December 19, 2025, addressing concerns about government operations and accountability.

In one post at 14:15 UTC, Crane wrote, “A terrifying truth.” Later that day at 14:27 UTC, he added, “Let’s impeach him. Yesterday.” At 15:35 UTC the same day, he posted another message: “But democrats insist that there isn’t rampant waste, fraud, and abuse in the system.”

Eli Crane assumed office after defeating Tom O’Halleran in the 2022 elections and has represented Arizona’s 2nd congressional district since then. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane has been vocal about issues related to government efficiency and oversight during his tenure.
