The office of Representative Eli Crane is currently accepting applications for nominations to U.S. Service Academies from high school students in Arizona’s Second Congressional District. This opportunity allows students seeking a nomination from Rep. Crane to apply for consideration to attend one of the nation’s service academies.

Each Member of Congress is authorized a specific number of slots at each academy and can submit up to fifteen candidates per slot, making the process competitive. The deadline for submitting an application is September 30, 2025.

Eli Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress since 2023, after succeeding Tom O’Halleran. Crane was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.

“REMINDER: The Office of Rep. Eli Crane is again accepting U.S. Service Academy nomination applications.

This annual application is open to high school students in Arizona’s Second Congressional District who are seeking a nomination from Rep. Crane to attend one of the U.S. Service Academies.

The process is competitive with each Member of Congress being authorized a certain number of slots at each institution. Every Member is able to submit up to fifteen candidates per slot.

As a reminder, the deadline to submit an application to the office is September 30, 2025.”
