Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of statements on his social media account addressing legislative developments and expressing criticism of current affairs.

On September 3, 2025, Crane wrote, “Unacceptable. Unsustainable. We have to do better.” Later that day, he commented on recent congressional action: “Recently, the House passed historic tax cuts for working families that deliver significant victories for #AZ02. This bill provides lasting savings, strengthens border security, and prioritizes the interests of Arizonans. See below for some of the key wins:” In another post on the same date, Crane added: “Embarrassing indeed.”

Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd District since 2023 after succeeding Tom O’Halleran in Congress. He was born in Tucson in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
