Rep. Eli Crane, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district, shared updates on his recent efforts and constituent services through a series of posts on April 14, 2026.
In one post, Crane highlighted federal support for rural communities: “Today, the U.S. Forest Service announced it will issue $248 million in Secure Rural Schools payments for 2025. I’m proud to have helped lead the effort to reauthorize this critical program last December:” (April 14, 2026).
Crane also emphasized his office’s commitment to assisting residents with federal agencies. He wrote: “Giving back to our constituents makes the job all worth it. If you’re in need of help with a federal agency, my district team is more than happy to assist. #AZ02” (April 14, 2026).
Addressing concerns raised by commentator Katie Pavlich regarding local community preferences and federal agency actions, Crane stated: “You’re spot on, @KatiePavlich. Local communities do NOT want this. I’ve reached out to three different federal agencies on their behalf. Appreciate you highlighting this.” (April 14, 2026).
Eli Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd District in Congress since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023 and resides in Oro Valley after being born in Tucson in 1980.
