Rep. Eli Crane, the U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district, has recently used his social media platform to highlight legislative efforts on border security and comment on state policy trends.

On February 9, 2026, Crane wrote, “As Arizona’s only member of @HomelandGOP, I’m proud to have helped draft and pass the strongest border security investment in U.S. history. This legislation stops criminal entries, blocks dangerous narcotics, and restores law and order. Honored to fight for #AZ02.”

Later that day, on February 10, 2026, he posted a brief message accompanied by an emoji: “”.

In another post on February 10, Crane commented on policy approaches within Arizona by stating: “Sadly, many in Arizona have been pushing the same foolish policies that led to this in California.”

Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd congressional district since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley at age 43, Crane is noted as the sole member from Arizona serving on the House Homeland Security Committee.
