Rep. Eli Crane, who represents Arizona’s 2nd district in the U.S. Congress, posted several updates on his official Twitter account on March 18, 2026.

In a tweet from the morning of March 18, Crane wrote: “He’s right.” The context for this statement was not included in the post.

Later that day, at 15:50 UTC, he shared another message: ” #AZ02″. The tweet included an emoji and a hashtag referencing Arizona’s 2nd congressional district.

In the evening, Crane issued a reminder about an upcoming deadline: “REMINDER – The submission deadline for the 2026 Congressional Art Competition is Friday, April 3rd. This is a great opportunity for high school students in #AZ02 to showcase their talent and creativity. For more information, see below:”

Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd district since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. He was born in Tucson in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
