Rep. Eli Crane, U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district, posted a series of updates on January 13, 2026, covering local economic initiatives and national policy positions.

In his first tweet at 15:13 UTC, Crane described a recent meeting with representatives from Florence Copper regarding their activities in Pinal County: “Had a chance to sit down with the team from Florence Copper to receive an update on their work in Pinal County. Grateful for what they are doing to create good jobs in #AZ02.”

Shortly after, at 15:23 UTC, he commented on federal immigration policies by stating: “Good. The American people want permanent protected status against Somali fraud.” At 15:27 UTC the same day, he added another brief statement: “Temporary means temporary.”
