Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several updates on his social media account on February 13, 2026, addressing economic and political topics relevant to his constituents.

In a tweet from the morning of February 13, Crane commented on recent inflation data: “CNN just had to admit on live television that core inflation is at its lowest point since BEFORE the inflation crisis started. Later in the day, Crane addressed South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s visit to Arizona by writing: “Thank you for visiting Arizona, @Sec_Noem. Arizonans expect a secure border and full confidence in their elections. Appreciate your leadership.”

Crane has served as the representative for Arizona’s 2nd congressional district since defeating Tom O’Halleran in the 2022 election cycle. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane has focused his public messaging on issues such as border security and economic conditions affecting Arizona residents.
