Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted several statements on January 21, 2026, regarding the Democratic Party’s handling of investigations related to Jeffrey Epstein and recent Congressional actions involving Bill and Hillary Clinton.
In a tweet from January 21, 2026, Crane stated: “Democrats ignored Jeffrey Epstein for four years while they controlled Washington. Now they claim to care about the victims yet downplay Epstein’s ties to the Clintons. Shouldn’t we investigate someone who frequently hosted Epstein at the White House and traveled on his jet?”
Later that day, Crane shared his position on a vote with a brief post: “I voted YES.” This statement coincided with Congressional activity concerning contempt proceedings.
In another tweet from January 21, he commented on ongoing oversight efforts: “A live look at today’s @GOPoversight vote to hold Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress. This follows their refusal to cooperate with the committee’s investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. No one is above the law.”
Crane currently resides in Oro Valley and was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1980. He succeeded Tom O’Halleran as representative for Arizona’s 2nd district in 2023.
