U.S. Representative Eli Crane, who serves Arizona’s 2nd district in Congress, published a series of posts on August 18, 2025, addressing national political issues and expressing support for former President Donald Trump.

In a post published at midnight, Crane wrote: “Good. When Joe Biden wasn’t targeting his political opponent or forcing a historic border crisis on everyday Americans, he was targeting the largest Christian university in the country. And after him, they only get more radical.” (August 18, 2025)

Later that day, Crane commented on another public figure named James with the statement: “Don’t worry, James. I’m sure they will let you listen to Taylor Swift in prison.” (August 18, 2025)

Crane also expressed gratitude to former President Trump regarding election integrity measures: “Thank you, President Trump. This is an important step toward restoring the integrity of our elections. Arizonans are grateful.” (August 18, 2025)
