Rep. Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, recently posted a series of statements on his official X account addressing Senate action, local economic development, and national economic policy.

On October 8, 2025, Crane urged Senators Kelly and Gallego to take legislative action, referencing the role of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. He wrote, “All Senators Kelly and Gallego need to do is defy King Schumer. Ball is in their court. The House acted on September 19th. Do your jobs.”

Later that day, Crane highlighted a local economic event involving Win Aviation’s expansion in his district. He stated, “Last week, my staff attended a ribbon cutting for Win Aviation’s second U.S. facility at Coolidge Municipal Airport. We’re grateful for this investment, which will drive economic growth in #AZ02. Congratulations on your expansion!” This facility opening is expected to contribute to economic growth in the region.

In a separate post on the same day, Crane commented on the current state of the U.S. economy with a single word: “Bidenomics.”

Eli Crane, who was born in Tucson in 1980 and resides in Oro Valley, succeeded Tom O’Halleran in Congress in 2023. As the representative for Arizona’s 2nd district, he has focused on both national policy issues and local economic initiatives.
