Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 2nd district since 2023, posted a series of statements on November 9, 2025, criticizing federal judges and the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

In his first post at 15:39 UTC, Crane wrote: “We are beyond legitimate grounds for impeachment. The activist class of judges are out of control.

No more excuses. Proud to be part of @RepBrandonGill’s coalition to impeach Judge Boasberg.”

Shortly after, at 15:44 UTC, he reiterated his position by stating: “This is spot on.

Activist judges are out of control.

It’s up to Congress to do something about it.”

Later that day at 15:50 UTC, Crane addressed healthcare policy with another post: “What’s crazy is that he forgets that OBAMAcare was nothing but a ‘promise, wink, and prayer’ written by insurance companies.

We all recall his boss, Nancy Pelosi, famously saying ‘we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.’

Well we know now. It FAILED.”

Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd district since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. He was born in Tucson in 1980 and currently resides in Oro Valley.
