U.S. Representative Eli Crane, who serves Arizona’s 2nd congressional district, recently posted a series of updates on his official Twitter account regarding constituent services and federal assistance programs.
On August 26, 2025, Crane announced that his district team would be available to assist residents in several Arizona communities. He wrote, “In the coming weeks, my district team will be hosting mobile office hours throughout #AZ02. If you need assistance with federal casework and live near Winslow, Black Canyon City, Yarnell, or Williams, please don’t hesitate to schedule a meeting. We’re here to help.”
Later that day, Crane commented on another topic by stating, “So he’s making it safer and less woke. Seems sensible.” This post did not provide further context within the tweet itself.
Crane also highlighted resources for those affected by recent wildfires in Arizona. In a tweet from August 26, 2025, he said: “ICYMI: The SBA is offering 30-year loans at a 4% interest rate for Arizonans impacted by the Dragon Bravo and White Sage fires. To assist with the application process, the SBA has scheduled several in-person meetings throughout Coconino County. See below for more details:”
Eli Crane has represented Arizona’s 2nd District in Congress since replacing Tom O’Halleran in 2023. Born in Tucson in 1980 and currently residing in Oro Valley, Crane has used social media as one avenue to communicate federal resources and services to his constituents.
