Quang Nguyen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2021 representing the state’s 1st House District, has recently shared several personal reflections and experiences on his social media account.

Later that day, he wrote about attending a naval ceremony: “My wife and I attended the commissioning of the USS New Jersey (SSN 796) in 2024. I can’t wait for the commissioning of the USS Arizona (SSN 803) hopefully in 2029. ️ https://t.co/3zghhOsa9I” (March 30, 2026).

On March 31, Nguyen shared a personal story involving his family’s past: “Conrad and I shared an amazing story. He was a Marine on the USS Miller which rescued my family at the Fall of Saigon. https://t.co/Sr97rIJXnW”.

Nguyen replaced Steve Pierce when he assumed office in Arizona’s legislature. His recent posts reflect both his personal history as well as ongoing engagement with military commemorations and community events.
