Quang Nguyen, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the state’s 1st House District since 2021, shared a series of reflections and anecdotes on his social media account in late August 2025.

The following day, August 24, he reminisced about motorcycle racing in the 1980s and praised legendary racer Freddie Spencer. He wrote: “I was riding hard in the 80s and if you did, you would appreciate this great American, Fast Freddie.
