Quang Nguyen, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 1st District since 2021, has recently posted several statements on his social media account addressing local issues and personal sentiments.

On September 3, 2025, Nguyen shared a brief affirmation in response to another post: “Yup https://t.co/8kNtZQLamM”.

The following day, he expressed a positive reaction to an image by stating, “I feel great seeing this photo. https://t.co/RlvZorzcaG” in a post dated September 4, 2025.

Later on September 4, Nguyen commented on a municipal policy issue regarding self-defense tools and public safety. He wrote: “The Tempe ordinance’s broad definition risks criminalizing lawful self-defense tools, such as rings worn by women for personal protection. Public safety measures should prevent violence without eroding Arizonans’ constitutional right to self-defense. I urge the City to reconsider https://t.co/4P74XDdqlK”.

Nguyen was elected to the Arizona State House in 2021 after succeeding Steve Pierce as representative for the state’s 1st House District. His recent posts reflect ongoing engagement with both statewide legislative concerns and community issues.
