Quang Nguyen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2021 representing the state’s 1st House District, posted a series of tweets on September 1 and 2, 2025, addressing topics ranging from firearms to an inquiry about a church shooting in Minneapolis.

On September 1, Nguyen shared a brief message: “Tatunka.”

Later that day, he posed a question regarding firearm preferences: “I can only get one. Winchester Model 94 or… a new Colt Python. Well?” (September 2, 2025).

In another post dated September 2, Nguyen questioned the availability of information related to an incident in Minnesota: “Whatever happened to the Minneapolis church shooting? I googled a few minutes ago for more information and nothing… Hmmm.”

Nguyen succeeded Steve Pierce as state representative for Arizona’s 1st House District after his election in 2021.
