Quang Nguyen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2021 representing the state’s 1st House District, has recently shared a series of posts on his X (formerly Twitter) account commenting on violence and societal issues.
On August 27, 2025, Nguyen posted, “This . Another POS. https://t.co/fTdy5wrVxd”.
Later that day, on August 28, 2025, he wrote, “Stranger than strange. What the heck? https://t.co/67A2nLwNnc”.
In a subsequent post on August 28, 2025, Nguyen stated: “The devil still exists even if you remove all guns, because evil does not come from an object but from the human heart. Taking away one tool will never erase the reality of violence, hatred, or sin. https://t.co/6Rm9v2yjXx”.
Nguyen began serving in the Arizona State House after his election in 2021, replacing Steve Pierce as representative for District 1.
