Quang Nguyen, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2021 to represent the state’s 1st House District, posted several statements on his Twitter account on August 28, 2025, addressing topics ranging from personal beliefs to political commentary.

In a tweet published at 11:34 a.m. UTC, Nguyen wrote, “Jen is correct. I pray every day and pack heat while doing it. I will continue to pray for the children and families.”

Later that day at 8:42 p.m. UTC, Nguyen commented on issues he perceives as problematic, stating, “Mental instability, hating Israel, and hating Catholics are the problems. Stick to writing deranged stories.”

At 9:29 p.m. UTC, Nguyen shared advice related to branding and election campaigns: “BrandTalk 101: The idea of rebranding is to gain more customers by adding new customers to existing customers. Eliminating old customers for new ones is a bad idea. This concept is applicable to election campaigns as well.”

Nguyen has served in the Arizona State House since his election in 2021, succeeding Steve Pierce as representative for the state’s 1st House District.
