Quang Nguyen, a Republican member of the Arizona State House representing the 1st House District since 2021, posted several statements on his Twitter account in early October 2025, addressing issues ranging from national security concerns to personal endorsements and sports.

On October 3, 2025, Nguyen commented on alleged foreign influence in the United States: “The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has sought to infiltrate American soil not through open conflict but by more subtle means through economic leverage, technology theft, academic influence, and disinformation campaigns. At the very least, get these guys out of Arizona.”

Later that day, he expressed support for the U.S. Navy ahead of an upcoming game: “Beautiful sight. Go Navy! Beat Air Force. https://t.co/O5pm9sRQGw” (October 3, 2025).

On October 4, Nguyen posted about a personal connection within the gun rights community: “One of the greatest 2A defenders and I’m proud to call him a friend. https://t.co/l8yY2IInCQ”

Nguyen began serving in the Arizona State House after being elected in 2021 to represent District 1; he succeeded Steve Pierce as state representative.
