Prescott City Council to consider adoption of new court docket fee

The Prescott City Council has announced that it will review and may approve a new City Court Docket Fee at its regular meeting scheduled for January 13, 2026. The meeting will take place at 3:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, located at 201 N. Montezuma Street.

According to the notice, if the fee is adopted, it will be added to City Code 2-7-6 and will become effective thirty days after council approval.

A written report providing details about the proposed fee is available on the City of Prescott’s website. Copies of the schedule and report have also been filed with the Office of the City Clerk at Prescott City Hall as of the date of this announcement.
