The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission will convene on Monday, October 20, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is set to take place at the City Council Chambers located at 1083 E. Riverfront Road in Cottonwood, Arizona.
On the agenda for new business is an item titled DR-25-011, which concerns covered patios for Four Eight Wine Works. Additionally, there will be a discussion regarding design review guidelines; this item is scheduled for discussion only.
Community members are encouraged to participate or submit comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Friday, October 17, 2025. There will be an opportunity for verbal comments during each hearing item, though the Chair may limit speaking time per individual.
