Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission schedules meeting for November 17

The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission is set to convene on Monday, November 17, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at the City Council Chambers located at Riverfront, 1083 E. Riverfront Road in Cottonwood.

Items on the agenda for new business include a conditional use permit for The Neighborhood Coffee Shop, design review and a building height permit for the Immaculate Conception Catholic School Gymnasium, and selection of meeting dates for January and February 2026.

Residents interested in these topics are encouraged to attend or submit comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Friday, November 14, 2025. There will be an opportunity for verbal comments during each hearing item. According to the notice, “The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker.”

If there is an unexpected cancellation or if an item is removed from the agenda, it may be considered at a future regularly scheduled meeting. Materials related to these items can be reviewed at the Community Development Department at 111 North Main Street in Cottonwood during business hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
